Skip Tracing & person locates

Our "set price" skip tracing and person locates enables you to get on with running your business without hidden surprises. Our fees include all general electronic database searches* and a full report detailing our activities and leads followed with no hidden surprises.

* General database searches exclude certain business and title searches.Results vary and are based on discovered or non discovered information during investigations.

Field Calls

The Acclaim team of experienced field agents are strong and skilled negotiators to ensure that you are provided with the best outcome achievable, based on the persons financial position, inclusive of a demand for payment in full.

In the event a debtor is unable to satisfy the debt, Acclaim undertakes to provide you with all available and current financial information which depicts the debtors financial standing from information provided. Additionally, our agents will fully report on the visual assessment of the residence, living conditions and assets.

This will assist you to make a determination to accept the offered arrangement or proceed with legal action for recovery. We also provide you with:-

• Employment details (where available)
• Confirmation of residence
• Admission/Denial of liabilities and
• A repayment arrangement to get your client back on track wherever possible

Repossessions

At the time of our Agent visiting your client, we compile a comprehensive condition report of the secured collateral which allows you to make an accurate initial appraisal of it's worth. Additionally, digital photographs are obtained if required and are often utilised to record damage to items which existed prior to repossession, avoiding malicious claims.

All towing costs and other out of pocket expences are paid by us at the time of repossession allowing a single invoice for a matter where repossession is effected. We use only accredited tow operators and associated safe storage premises.

Note: Repossession services are limited to Corporate Clients holding valid secured collateral agreements registered under the REVS or other recognised registry. Private repossessions may be considered if properly instructed by your solicitor in writing demonstrating ownership and legal entitlement to the secured property.
